Small is usually suitable for kid. Ear loops are made of either elastic or stretchy material, which makes it fit most sizes.
 
Each mask have a small opening on top to allow the insert of disposable antibacterial mask filter pad, if necessary (filter pad is not provided and to be bought separately).
